All prices are in Icelandic krónur and include 24% VAT.

Shipping is added on top and shown before the order is confirmed.

Prices may change without notice. The price shown when the order is confirmed is the price that applies to that order.

The contract is formed when we confirm your order by email.

Where there is an obvious error in a price or a product description, or an item is out of stock, we reserve the right to decline the order and refund it in full.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Visa Electron.

Payment is handled by Teya Iceland hf., reg. no. 4406861259, Katrínartúni 4, 105 Reykjavík, which is authorised by the Financial Supervisory Authority of the Central Bank of Iceland. Card details are entered with the payment provider; they never reach us and we store no card numbers.

An order is not processed until the payment has been authorised.

See Shipping. Goods are delivered without undue delay and no later than thirty days from the contract, under article 6 of act no. 48/2003.

See Returns. The right of withdrawal follows act no. 16/2016 and rights in respect of faults follow act no. 48/2003.

These terms are governed by Icelandic law. Disputes that cannot be settled may be referred to the Complaints Board for Goods and Services or to the District Court of Reykjavík.
